Chat Diet の iPhone アプリでは、食事・会話の記録、写真、体重、目標などを端末内に保存します。Chat Diet のメールアドレスによるアカウント作成は必要ありません。Apple による購入確認は別途行われます。

プライバシーポリシー
AI に送信する情報
AI 機能では、入力した文章、選択または撮影した食事写真、音声から変換した文章、応答に必要な会話・プロフィールの情報を、Chat Diet のサーバーを経由して AI 提供事業者へ送信します。端末内に保存することは、これらの入力が端末の外に送信されないことを意味しません。
AI 提供事業者と保持期間
AI 処理には OpenAI API を使用します。アプリのリクエストでは応答の保存を無効にしていますが、これは提供事業者によるすべての保持が無くなることを保証しません。OpenAI は API データを標準では学習に利用しないと説明していますが、設定や適用される提供条件に例外があり、不正利用監視などの保持もあります。詳しくは提供事業者のデータ利用条件をご確認ください。
音声入力
音声認識には Apple の Speech 機能を使用します。対応する場合は端末上で認識し、対応しない場合などは Apple のサーバーで処理されることがあります。認識した文章は、AI 機能の入力として送信されます。
Apple Health
連携を有効にし、許可した項目のみ読み取ります。対象は体重、体脂肪率、アクティブエネルギー、エクササイズ時間です。Chat Diet は Apple Health にデータを書き込みません。アクセス許可は iOS の設定から管理できます。
購入確認・不正利用防止・利用上限
サーバーでは、アプリのダウンロードや購入の確認、端末の正当性確認、不正利用防止、AI 利用上限の管理に必要な識別子、検証情報、利用回数などを保持します。端末内データの削除によって、これらのサーバー記録がすべて削除されるわけではありません。
障害情報
安定性の改善に Firebase Crashlytics を使用します。クラッシュ情報、アプリ・端末の情報、セッションやインストールに関連する識別子、診断ログなどが送信されることがあります。完全に匿名の情報だけを収集するとは保証していません。保持と取扱いは Firebase のプライバシー情報もご確認ください。
端末内データの削除
設定の「端末内データを削除」から、端末に保存された食事・会話・写真などの記録を削除できます。購入や検証に必要な一部の記録は維持されます。これはサブスクリプションの解約、サーバー記録や提供事業者の保持データの一括削除ではありません。サブスクリプションは App Store から管理してください。データに関するご相談は [email protected] へご連絡ください。
安全な保存と注意点
端末内の対象ログ・写真ファイルには暗号化と iOS のファイル保護を使用します。ただし、すべてのデータや第三者サービスに同一の保護・保持期間が適用されるという保証ではありません。AI 入力には必要以上の個人情報や第三者の情報を含めないでください。

お問い合わせは [email protected] へお送りください。データの取扱いを変更する場合は、このページを更新します。重要な変更は必要に応じてアプリや本サイトでお知らせします。
利用規約
適用と利用者
本規約は Chat Diet の iPhone アプリと関連サービスの利用に適用されます。対象年齢は 13 歳以上です。入力する情報は自分で確認し、必要な端末の管理を行ってください。
記録と栄養値
AI による食品の認識、カロリー、マクロ、その他の回答には誤りや不足が生じる場合があります。栄養値は推定であり、食品表示、分量などを確認して必要に応じて修正してください。Chat Diet は医療サービスではありません。診断、治療、服薬、アレルギーやその他の医療上の判断は医療専門家へご相談ください。
無料枠と有料プラン
無料の初期利用枠には上限があり、毎日リセットされません。プロフィール設定などで購入案内が表示される場合があります。有料プランには月額と年額があり、有料でも AI 利用上限があります。利用可能なプラン、料金、上限、無料体験の有無・期間・対象条件は、アプリと購入画面に表示される条件をご確認ください。
更新・解約・購入の復元
サブスクリプションはキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。購入、請求、無料体験、更新、解約、返金には Apple の表示条件と適用される法令が適用されます。App Store のサブスクリプション管理から解約・変更でき、アプリから購入の復元を行えます。アプリや端末内データを削除しても解約にはなりません。料金や提供条件はストアの地域や時期によって異なる場合があります。
適切な利用
本サービスは個人の非商用利用を目的とします。不正アクセス、権利侵害、サービスへの妨害、許可のない再配布や転売を禁止します。
権利
アプリとサイトのコンテンツに関する権利は、Chat Diet または各権利者に帰属します。第三者のモデルやサービスに関する権利はそれぞれの権利者に帰属します。AI が生成した回答を Chat Diet が独占的に所有するとは保証しません。
サービスの変更と制限
サービスの内容は変更されることがあります。不正利用や本規約違反の場合、利用を制限することがあります。プライバシーについては上記ポリシーをご確認ください。
準拠法と連絡先
適用される消費者保護法を妨げない範囲で、日本法を準拠法とし、紛争については東京の管轄裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。お問い合わせは [email protected] へご連絡ください。

Privacy policy
Your records and profile
The Chat Diet iPhone app stores meal and conversation records, photos, weight and goals on your device. It does not require an email-based Chat Diet account. Apple purchase verification is handled separately.
Information sent for AI processing
AI features send your text, selected or captured food photos, voice transcripts, and conversation or profile context needed for the response through Chat Diet servers to the AI provider. Local storage does not mean those inputs stay exclusively on your device.
AI providers and retention
AI processing uses the OpenAI API. Requests disable response storage, but this does not guarantee zero retention by the provider. OpenAI states that API data is not used for training by default, subject to settings and applicable terms; abuse-monitoring retention can still apply. See the provider’s data-use terms for details.
Voice input
Voice recognition uses Apple Speech. Recognition runs on-device when supported; Apple server processing may be used when on-device recognition is unavailable. The resulting transcript is sent as input to AI features.
Apple Health
When you enable integration, the app reads only the types you authorize: weight, body-fat percentage, active energy and exercise time. Chat Diet does not write data to Apple Health. You can manage access in iOS settings.
Purchase verification, abuse prevention and limits
Servers retain identifiers, verification information and usage counts needed to verify app downloads and purchases, validate app/device integrity, prevent abuse and enforce AI limits. Deleting local data does not remove all these server records.
Crash information
Firebase Crashlytics is used to improve stability. Crash reports may include app/device information, session or installation-related identifiers and diagnostic logs. We do not claim that only fully anonymous information is collected. See Firebase privacy information for its handling and retention.
Deleting local data
Use “Delete Local Data” in settings to remove locally stored meal, conversation and photo records. Some records needed for purchase and verification are retained. This does not cancel a subscription or erase all server/provider data. Manage subscriptions through the App Store. For data questions, contact [email protected].
Storage protection and precautions
Relevant local log and photo files use encryption and iOS file protection. This is not a guarantee that every data type or third-party service has identical protection or retention. Avoid including unnecessary personal information or other people’s information in AI inputs.

Terms of use
Scope and users
These terms apply to the Chat Diet iPhone app and related services. Users must be at least 13 years old. Review information you enter and take appropriate care of your device.
Records and nutrition values
AI food recognition, calories, macros and other responses can be wrong or incomplete. Nutrition values are estimates; check food labels and portions and correct entries as needed. Chat Diet is not a medical service. Consult a qualified professional for diagnosis, treatment, medication, allergies or other medical decisions.
Free allowance and paid plans
The limited free onboarding allowance does not reset daily. A purchase prompt may appear during profile setup. Monthly and annual paid plans are supported, and paid AI usage is also limited. Check the app and purchase screen for available plans, prices, limits and any introductory offer, duration and eligibility.
Renewal, cancellation and restore
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Apple’s displayed terms and applicable law govern purchases, billing, introductory offers, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Manage or cancel in App Store subscription settings and restore purchases in the app. Deleting the app or local data does not cancel a subscription. Prices and offers can vary by storefront and over time.
Acceptable use
The service is intended for personal, noncommercial use. Unauthorized access, rights infringement, interference with the service, and unauthorized redistribution or resale are prohibited.
Rights
Rights in app and website content belong to Chat Diet or the respective rights holders. Third-party models and services remain subject to their owners’ rights. We do not claim exclusive ownership of AI-generated responses.
Service changes and restrictions
Service functionality may change. Use may be restricted for abuse or violations of these terms. See the privacy policy above for data handling.
Governing law and contact
Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, Japanese law governs these terms, with the competent courts in Tokyo designated for disputes. Contact [email protected] with questions.
